This month we celebrate St. Patrick’s Day on the 17th. There are celebrations in nearly every major city in this great land of ours. Of particular fame are the parades and festivities in Chicago and New York. The Chicago River runs “green” for the day…the New York city parade is billed as “On the streets of New York since 1762, the oldest, biggest & best in the world.” Here at Roofers411, we’ll likely mark the day with something to sip and wishing each other and all of our customers “Sláinte” (Cheers)!
But at Roofers411 “green” is a lot more than just a color associated with March 17th. It’s a philosophy and a daily demonstration of our commitment to doing everything we can to reduce our carbon footprint.

Using aerial and satellite images, Roofers411 ascertains all required roof measurements and e-mails them without transportation by the roofer. Roofers411 eliminates thousands of road trips every month by eliminating the need to drive out to a customers home for measurements. Our users realize a time savings, fuel savings, zero emissions and a net reduction in greenhouse gases responsible for contributing to global warming.
Roofers411 also believes that only the bare minimum of paper need be consumed to print out one of our roof reports used for customer presentation. We even e-mail our roof reports in MS Word format so that our customers can easily cut and paste for a complete “custom” look for their business.
We practice what we preach. Collectively, Roofers411 has reduced their footprint as well as overhead by operating as a decentralized organization. Our 100% USA (no outsourcing), staff members work remotely to provide the initial roof diagrams needed to identify roof parts and areas. Those diagrams are electronically transferred to the Roofers411 central system where all measurements and pitch values are determined with Roofers411′s proprietary software. There is no daily employee commute which contributes hugely to fuel and emissions savings as well as cost savings which we then pass on to the customer.
